Plainedge Soccer Club Kids Helping Kids Charity Tournament

Dear Coaches and Club Officials,

The Plainedge Soccer Club is proud to announce the hosting of its 20th Annual Kids Helping Kids Indoor Intramural Charity Tournament. The tournament will be held at Plainedge Middle School, 200 Stewart Ave Bethpage, and will take place on Sat & Sun Nov 25 & 26, 2017. The Tournament is open for Boys and Girls in the following age groups: 

U8 Boys & Girls

This event is sold out early year after year as teams from all over Long Island come out and compete while helping our club in its charitable fundraising effort. In the past 19 years, and with your help, the Plainedge Soccer Club has donated well over $160,000.00 dollars to children oriented charities and organizations across Long Island. All Registration proceeds will once again be donated to needy and sick children within our communities.

This is an Intramural and a Charity event and there will be no major and minor divisions, so please break your teams up in Intermediate brackets.  All teams will be guaranteed five (5) twelve (12) minute games. Roster size is limited to twelve (12) players. Play is 6 vs. 6.  Birth certificates and medical release forms are required for all players and must be presented the day of the tournament.  

This is not a patch exchange tournament.

Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. All others will receive medals. 

Registration fee of $295 or $270 (plus a $25 New Unwrapped Toy is Highly Encouraged) must be submitted with the application.  The toys should be brought to the tournament on the day of your games.

In case Plainedge Soccer Club cancels the tournament prior to its start, all teams will be refunded the registration fee less $25.00 admin fee.
